Rally helps Shopify merchants publish group-buy offers and lets organizers bring buyers together around merchant-approved deals. Muse can help create, track, and manage each group in conversation. Every payment goes directly to the merchant.
No app required for participants. Rally does not hold customer funds.
Merchants set the terms. Organizers share the opportunity. Rally keeps the group status clear from the first paid order to the final result.
The merchant defines the eligible product, group price, minimum paid-participant goal, deadline, fulfillment terms, and any organizer reward.
A merchant can open an official group, or an organizer can start a group from a deal with merchant-published terms. Rally creates one link that can be shared in WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email, or any community.
Only paid orders count toward the goal. If the group fills, the merchant processes and fulfills the orders under the published terms. If it does not fill, there is no final charge; any temporary authorization is released by the merchant or its payment provider.
Rally gives merchants a structured way to reach new buyers through organizers and their communities without routing money through a group leader.
Set the product, group target, price, deadline, and organizer reward before anyone joins.
Customers pay the merchant or the merchant’s payment provider. Rally never receives the purchase funds.
Only paid orders count, so group progress reflects committed demand rather than informal sign-ups.
See which groups filled, which did not, how close each group came to its goal, and which products sold.
Use observed performance to inform pricing, product selection, and audience strategy. Rally presents the data; it does not claim why a group succeeded or failed.
Merchants can access analytics for their own deals only, not another merchant’s data.
Organizers can open a group when a merchant has already published the deal rules.
If a merchant has not published group-buy terms, an organizer can submit interest. It is not an active group and does not promise a discount until the merchant approves and publishes terms.
Participants can review the offer and join without downloading another app.
Purchase funds never pass through the organizer.
The group total reflects paid participants, not polls or verbal commitments.
A merchant may offer the organizer a discount, credit, free item, or another reward. The merchant sets and fulfills that reward under the published terms.
Connect Rally to Muse to create and manage group buys using natural-language requests. Rally returns the group information needed to complete the request while keeping the merchant’s data limited to that merchant’s own deals.

Rally is designed around the Model Context Protocol so compatible AI experiences can connect to the same group-buying tools over time.
A merchant can launch an official group for its own offer. An organizer can start a group only from a deal with merchant-published group terms. If no terms are available, the organizer may submit an expression of interest, but no discount or group outcome is promised until the merchant publishes the offer.
Participants pay the merchant or the merchant’s payment provider directly. Rally does not take possession of purchase funds, and organizers never collect participant payments.
Only paid orders count toward the goal. If the group does not fill before the deadline, there is no final charge under the group-buy terms. A temporary payment authorization may appear and will be released by the merchant or its payment provider according to their processing timelines.
No. Participants can open the shared link, review the merchant’s terms, and complete the merchant’s checkout flow. Organizers and merchants can use Rally through supported interfaces, including the Rally connector for Muse.
The merchant is the seller and is responsible for product information, checkout, fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, and any organizer reward it publishes. Rally displays the terms and group status but does not sell or fulfill the product.
